This website and online store are operated by HANM ECOM FZCO, a company registered under the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All purchases made through this website are legally concluded with HANM ECOM FZCO. HĀNM is the trading name and brand operated by HANM ECOM FZCO.

Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and services provided through HĀNM’s website (www.hanm.ae) to customers residing in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of Qatar, unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Products and Availability
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or natural fabric characteristics.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, discontinue, or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Local currencies such as Saudi Riyal (SAR) and Qatari Riyal (QAR) may be shown for reference only. All transactions are processed in AED.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your delivery destination. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via approved payment providers, including Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, and regional debit or credit cards. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For customers in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

HĀNM is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges arising from customs clearance procedures.

Delivery
Dispatch times, delivery methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, courier capacity, incorrect address details, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of HANM ECOM FZCO.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns must comply with the eligibility, condition, and timeframe requirements set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.

A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Items returned in poor or unsatisfactory condition, including those that are heavily creased or carelessly packaged, may incur an additional handling deduction in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Certain items, including 360 Contour Mini and XL undercaps, luxury oud oils, hijab pins, and any items marked as Final Sale, are non-refundable. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product Care
Our products are crafted using delicate and natural fabrics. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the garment label or product page.

HANM ECOM FZCO cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper storage, washing, ironing, or handling. Products should be stored in a cool, dry environment and protected from prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Intellectual Property
All designs, product names, imagery, logos, and written content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of HANM ECOM FZCO.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HANM ECOM FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during checkout or account creation is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within the jurisdiction of the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA).

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

Customers residing outside the UAE acknowledge that they are purchasing from a Dubai-based entity.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
