Shipping & Delivery Policy

Introduction
At HĀNM, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our dispatch timelines, delivery options, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

HĀNM is operated by HANM ECOM FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

Dispatch Policy
Orders placed by 18:00 (UAE time) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Delivery (United Arab Emirates)
We work with trusted UAE courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Next-day UAE delivery applies to orders dispatched within the UAE. Delivery time is one working day from dispatch. The order cut-off time is 18:00 (UAE time). Delivery is charged at a flat rate of AED 25 for parcels up to 5 kg. Heavier orders are subject to additional charges based on weight, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UAE shipping is free on orders over AED 350.

Once dispatched, customers will receive SMS or email notifications containing tracking details.

GCC Delivery (Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait)
Delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch. DHL Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery starts from AED 95 for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and AED 135 for Qatar.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or an equivalent trusted international courier. Customs duties, local VAT, and import charges applied by destination authorities are the customer’s responsibility and will be stated clearly at checkout.

Delivery Destinations
We currently deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. For delivery to other destinations, customers are advised to shop via our UK store at www.hanm.co

Packaging, Pricing & Address Accuracy
Delivery charges include secure packaging and courier handling. All UAE prices are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.

HĀNM is not liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Courier Partners & Service Substitutions
We primarily ship using Aramex, DHL Express, Quiqup, or Fetchr, depending on the destination and service availability. Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)
For UAE orders, VAT is included in displayed prices. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait, customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are determined by destination authorities and are payable by the customer at checkout.

HĀNM is not responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, or any additional charges applied by the courier after dispatch.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is deemed successfully delivered. Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us at support@hanm.ae within 48 hours of the delivery update so we may initiate an investigation with the courier. After this period, replacements or refunds cannot be issued for parcels confirmed as delivered.

Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, customs inspections, or courier disruptions. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers and resume service as soon as possible.

Governing Law
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates under the jurisdiction of the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai.
